We have not been able to take the time to enjoy fine dining due to it not "being in the budget" right now; and to know that it was affordable and exquisite was a bonus! We dined on 5/1/10 and were one of the last to leave lol. My husband shared with Chef De Cuisine; Mr. Chris, that my passion is to cook and long to become a chef and out of divine intervention, Chef Chris offered his expertise and a chance to work on my own signature dish and have an opportunity to cook along side him in his kitchen!!! He truly blessed me with an opportunity that I've prayed for for some time and God made a way. So, to Chef Chris..I will be taking you up on that opportunity and will be in touch VERY soon!
