Tre Amici Prime Steakhouse and Seafood is a four star steakhouse located off the North Dallas Tollway between Trinity Mills Road and Frankford Road which serves prime steaks and fresh seafood with select Italian accents. The 2,900 square foot restaurant offers private dining facilities which can seat 15 to 250 people comfortably and offers state of the art audio visual capabilities.
Tre Amici hosts happy hour Monday through Saturday 4 pm to 7 pm and Wednesday through Saturday 9 pm to 11 pm. Specials offer ½ price wine by the glass, $3 bottled beer, $6 specialty martinis, $5 well drinks, a $5 bar menu and discounted regular menu appetizers. In addition, half priced wine by the bottle is offered on Tuesdays and $5 martinis at the bar are offered on Thursdays.
Nearing their one year anniversary, Tre Amici Prime Steakhouse and Seafood celebrates the quality and class brought to the table by Chef De Cuisine Chris Hughes, General Manager Ken Branstetter, Manager Vito Calo and Bar Manager Danny Clopp. “My goal at Tre Amici is to create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests and take a very good menu and make it a great steakhouse menu,” Ken Branstetter states. Ken, whose restaurant and hospitality career includes management roles at Ounce Prime Steakhouse and Three Forks, is proud of the cohesive team that’s designed an even stronger menu and more amiable ambiance than what garnered a four star rating from the Dallas Morning News.
Chris Hughes is the culinary magic behind the counter and under the toque. Cooking since age 13 alongside his father in Shreveport, Louisiana and 15 years of professional training, including a Sous Chef position at BLT Steakhouse, Chris serves the title of Chef De Cuisine with a sincere passion for food with soul. “Eating is seeing, seeing is believing.” is Chris’ motto and his customers believe in his culinary talents.
Manager Vito Calo, a Bari, Italy native, brings ten years of experience in the Dallas dining scene to Tre Amici including management at Mi Piaci, Riccardi’s and Ounce Prime Steakhouse. His heritage and extensive background assisted in the selection of over 70 bottles of Italian wine and helps ensure the Italian menu items grant an authentic flavor and presentation.
Titled the “finest bartender in the world and Texas” by work associates, Danny Clopp knows how to mix a cocktail and mix with the crowd. His restaurant and bar industry savvy has taught him to serve a drink with style and his undeniably contagious energy greets each customer as a life long friend.
The comprehensive menu reflects the standard of quality demanded from the Tre Amici team with prime steaks, wet-aged for forty days and fresh seafood, flown in daily. In addition to all prime steaks, the menu’s Italian accents further the distinct flavors and dining experience offered in Tre Amici’s refined yet relaxed dining environment.
